The undersigned seller guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. The puppy has been examined by the sellers Veterinarian and medical records are included. The undersigned buyer has a period of fourteen(14) days from the date of sale listed to have the above puppy examined by his/her veterinarian of choice for a complete health check. Should the licensed veterinarian determine that the above puppy is of ill health of a nature that would prevent it from leading a normal life, the puppy may, upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said licensed Veterinarian, be returned for a refund of purchased price or the exchange of another puppy, of equal value when available.

After the fourteen day period, this puppy is guaranteed for a period of two(2) years against a dehabilitating degree of hip dysphasia, which would prevent it from leading a normal life, with a replacement puppy to be provided buyer at the seller’s earliest convenience. If any cost are incurred in the exchange of new puppy such as shipping charges or crate fee, all fees will be that of the buyers responsibility.

In the event that buyer decides he/she has to dispose of the dog for any reason(other than for dehabilitating disease or old age), buyer will notify seller and give seller first choice in taking the dog back with no monies exchanged.

Buyer understands that this breed is happiest as a family pet and agrees to treat this dog in a humane manner at all times. Fresh water shall be provided continuously, buyer agrees not to leave dog tied up outside as the dog’s permanent place of dwelling. If the dog is left outside for extended periods of time, buyer must provide adequate shelter for this dog.

The enforcement of this contract shall take place in the sellers county and state.
